Yin Yoga is particular useful during hot weather to balance the Yang energy of summer. At this time of the year your body is soaking up the upward solar energy which is stimulating and exciting.
In this workshop I invite you slow down, to cool the body and to regulate the flow of chi through your physical, emotional and mental body.
The intention is to soothe the nervous system and to surrender to the inner joy of the heart.
