Yin Yoga is particularly useful during hot weather to balance the Yang energy of summer.
At this time of the year your body is soaking up solar energy which is stimulating and exciting.
There are many things to honour and appreciate about the Sun’s energetic boost however you need to be careful not to overwork and/or overheat your body.
In this workshop I invite you slow down, to cool the body and to regulate the flow of chi through your physical, emotional and mental body.
The intention is to soothe the nervous system and to surrender to the inner joy of the heart.
Together with sound healing, this workshop will regulate your emotions and mental chatter.
