In this two-hour workshop you get to enjoy all the benefits of Yin yoga without having to leave the comfort of your bed.
Yin yoga is particularly useful to hydrate the body’s tight connective tissue and to lubricate your joints.
To do this you hold poses at a moderate level of pressure over longer periods of time.
The longer you can hold, the more beneficial the practice becomes.
Practicing Yin yoga in bed means that there is plenty of cushioning to allow your body to hold for longer periods of time, and you can use your blankets and pillows for props… so it’s perfect!
You can do this workshop in the morning to open up your body before your day begins,
or you might prefer to do it in the evening before bed which will help you sink into a deep sleep.
